Today I drive AI-powered platform capabilities at ACT Fibernet, where I launched Smart WiFi, a multi-module ecosystem that reaches millions of broadband subscribers. I started out as a paediatric dentist, and that clinical habit of diagnosing before prescribing still shapes how I approach every product problem.

Database-Connected AI Chatbot

Built a chatbot in five stages, from a plain OpenAI call to a system that holds conversation memory, calls external tools and answers questions from a live database.

Drive AI-powered platform capabilities for network intelligence, using ML models to optimise router efficiency, reduce support load, and personalise the broadband experience across millions of subscribers.

Launched Smart WiFi, a multi-module ecosystem spanning parental controls, group WiFi management, network security, and real-time device analytics, driving app-led growth, upsell, and cross-sell.
